Dun Eideann
After living in Dun Eideann (which is Gaelic for Edinburgh) all of my life it has proved a struggle for me to get good photographs in my own hometown. I have therefore decided to challenge myself to produce a portfolio of work based solely on Edinburgh. This will include both the iconic Instagram locations and, I hope, something more original. I am hoping these photographs will span a few genres of photography as well. I plan to dedicate one day a week to this project to either get a sunrise or sunset shot depending on the circumstances and conditions of the day whilst keeping the rest of the day for other potential photography shots. This Gallery will include any, in my opinion, good images that I have taken in and around Edinburgh and the Lothians area.
